Learn how to handle the hurdles of an out-of-state vehicle deal and master the complex registration and titling transactions that require in depth expertise to properly complete. Each attendee receives a complete reference manual to keep on file at their dealership.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Properly complete required forms for New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida
- Configure sales tax for each of the different states
- Avoid application rejection
- Handle the different types of transactions (lease vs. retail sales)
About the Instructor: Jean Marie Rugg is General Manager of GNYADA's DMV-DIRECT division. Jean is highly knowledgeable in the titling and registration of vehicles. Her experience as an automotive biller enables her to properly explain DMV procedures and requirements to dealership employees.
