Add Team Members to Your GiveLively GNYADA Coat Drive Team
1. Share Your Dealership Link with Employees to “Join the Team”
2. Employees will be Prompted to Create a Give Lively Account to Join Your Team
3. Employees Confirm Their Email Address (Check Spam Folder if you Do Not Receive)
4. Employees Confirm They Are Joining the Team
5. Employees Can Now Edit Their ‘Personal Fundraising Page”
6. Now this is where the fun begins! On your Main Team Page there is a leaderboard showing team members with the most donations for some competition within the dealership. Encourage employees to share their “Personal Fundraising Page” with customers, family, and friends to see who raises the most within your dealership! All donations will flow up to the main GNYADA fundraiser. There is no cost to the dealership or individual to build these fundraisers.
7. When visiting your Team Page, customers have the option to donate to your Dealership or to a specific team member. Employees should encourage customers to donate to their personal fundraising page for credit and it will be included in the Dealerships Total Amount Fundraised.
8. On the Main GNYADA Fundraising Page, you will be able to see which dealership is in the lead. The Association will be sending out updates on the leading teams. Let’s have some fun and make a difference in the lives of children in need!
9. Be sure to use the option to Copy the link or Share the Page. Post on your dealership Website, Post on your Social Media Channels, Include the link on customer receipts…the options are yours.
