It has been nearly 2 years since VERIFI was implemented by the Department of Motor Vehicles which gave dealers the ability to record their retail and wholesale sales online using the electronic Certificate of Sale (eMV-50).

It has not been an easy transition and billers are still faced with a myriad questions when is comes to processing certain transactions.
