Get Your 2026 Labor Law Posters!
GNYADA is providing member dealerships with two complimentary 2026 Labor Law Compliance Posters, designed to help you meet federal and New York State workplace posting requirements with ease. Each poster consolidates 22 required federal and state notices into one clear, comprehensive display, helping reduce bulletin board clutter while supporting ongoing compliance.
Be sure to place your posters in conspicuous locations, where they can be seen and read by employees and job applicants, such as in your breakroom and in the service area. While the Labor Law Compliance Poster covers the majority of required notices, dealerships located in New York City and Westchester County are subject to a small number of additional local posting requirements.

In addition to the physical posting of employee labor law signs, dealers are also required to provide the mandatory employee rights notices electronically.
The electronic posting can be accomplished in three ways:
- By sending all the necessary posters via email to each employee
- By placing posters on the dealership's intranet, if one is available
- Work with an employee compliance management company to host your employment posters online
Note: In the pdf's, there are notices that Dealers will need to fill in required information before distributing them to employees electronically. Be sure to fill in the required information prior to distribution. There are also notices that are required to be distributed to employees that are not included in the pdf's that dealers will need to get from their insurance carrier or licensed agent prior to distribution:
