Class Schedule

This course provides the skills needed to process complex out-of-state registration and titling transactions with accuracy and confidence. Attendees will learn how to navigate the unique requirements of out-of-state deals, from stocking the vehicle to completing title and registration, while avoiding costly errors and rejections. Each participant will receive an Out-of-State Billing Reference Manual to use as an ongoing resource at their dealership.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Properly complete required forms for New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida
• Apply each state’s specific sales tax rules to the deal structure
• Identify and prevent common application errors to avoid rejections and delays
• Process multiple transaction types and understand how requirements vary by state

About the Instructor: Jean Marie Rugg is General Manager of GNYADA’s DMV-DIRECT division. Her automotive biller experience enables her to quickly explain DMV procedures and requirements to dealership employees.
