The program will cover a full range of best practice options surrounding mandatory record retention & complete document management solutions in conjunction with required retention of critical dealership records. Both paper and digital retention will be covered with emphasis on meeting FTC, OEM & other regulatory agency guidelines & requirements including encryption at rest of non-public information (NPI).
